In J.R.R. Tolkien’s Lord of the Rings trilogy, the Nazgul were terrifying creatures that served the Dark Lord Sauron. Before they became creatures of evil, however, they were great kings of men who were given rings of power that slowly enslaved them – transforming them into Nazgul, the Ringwraiths. The Ringwraiths were depicted in the Peter Jackson movies as being humanoid, swathed in many layers of black fabric, and wearing cruel looking armor on their arms and legs. Darksword Armory has reproduced part of the armor here as the Fantasy Leg Armor.
The Fantasy Leg Armor is one of the most complex design we have created to date, and is made of 12 interlocking fully articulated parts. The leg armor is made of 16 g steel and fully functional for reenactment combat. Suspension and adjusting straps are fitted to the leg armor to allow for a wide range of sizing needs. These are fully articulate and allow full mobility, so you won’t be restricted whether you are cosplaying at Comicon, reenacting, or just wearing them around the house (a totally acceptable choice). Black horse and/or flying lizard not included.
