Condition: slightly pitted
double-edged, straight blade with fuller on both sides and central ridge at 3/4 blade. Rest of engraved inscription “INRI”/”MARIA”. Wooden grip bound with twisted copper wire. Iron hilt decorated with pierce floral ornaments. Spherical pommel with tang-nut, simple bar knuckle-guard, symmetrical double-elliptical counterguard. Germany, c. 1720, length 92 cm.
