This sword is amazing. It seems like it would be heavy but it responds very quickly. Although I wouldn’t call it viking. It is very Hyborian. I could definitely see Conan loving it. The scabbard fits very tigh, and is also well constructed. If you have it sharpened it will come very sharp.
This sword is a new favorite and I hope you will love it as much as I do. I plan to dour a video review for YouTube within the week

Everything on this swords fit and finish is excellent and obviously battle ready. The solid bronze features are very finely finished and pleasing to the eye. The ricasso is thick and formidable extending from the guard three inches. The wood core leather covered scabbard I received fits like a glove, it holds the blade secure even when turned upside down and comes with a very nice belt. The balance is outstanding at 3 inches from the guard as advertised. The blade I ordered sharpened it came very sharp and slices paper cleanly with both sides of the blade from tip to guard. I purchased from Darksword Armoury with very high expectations and can say I was very pleased indeed. The etching runs down both sides of the blade within the fuller and is very clean and distinct looking. Darksword’s mark, a griffon is etched into the blade right about the point of balance and is complete and detailed. If your thinking about this sword reading this, should you decide on it you will be amazed. I couldn’t be more happy with this purchase for the collection. To the DSA team thank you for such a fine blade my family really admires it.
