Order that are cancelled with be subject to Cancellation processing fees. Orders will be refunded in full, less 10% processing fee charges.
Return for Refund Orders:
Orders that are returned for refunds based on satisfaction reasons will be subject to 15% restocking and processing fees.
All returns should be requested within 48 hours of delivery. Our staff will provide a return code along with instructions. Please note that we do not offer refunds, only exchanges. No refunds are given on custom orders, as these are unique pieces made according to the customer’s specification and / or design. All our swords and daggers are guaranteed against manufacturer defect(s) of the blade, for a period of one years; from the time of purchase. Please note that all shipping fees and/or associated fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Via FedEx within Canada, Continental US, and internationally.
FedEx standard delivery is 3-10 business days.
International delivery is 6-12 business days.
Multiple items / Bulk orders:
Darksword Armory offers reduced shipping rates for bulk orders. Once the order is received, we will provide your CC or Bank account with a partial shipping refund.
