the Elite series Katanas are individually hand forged and Clay Tempered by Hattori himself. Each katana is made with precision, using the tradition techniques and tools used in the forging of authentic samurai swords. The Elite Series katana blades are forged with true hocho-tetsu, nabe-gane and Tamahagane steel and made with the traditional Orikaeshi Sanmai construction pattern.
